由政府间国际组织、非政府间国际组织和跨国公司等构成的国际组织，作为重要的非国家行为主体，在现今国际关系中起着越来越重要的角色。如何梳理以美国为主的西方学者和中国学者对国际组织理论研究的历史演变过程，评析国际组织研究上已取得的研究成果和还存在的一些问题及国际机制等与国际组织研究相关的最新理论学派，还有待于后人进行创新与突破。

A Critical Analysis of the Study of International Organization

International organizations that include inter\|go vernmental organizations, international nongovernmental organizations and transn ational corporations are, as important non\|national agents, playing a more and more crucial role in international relations. This paper is to review and analyz e the development of the studies by western and Chinese scholars on internationa l organizations, remarking on the achievements and problems, discussing new tren ds in the field.
