公安院校教育模式的悖论与出路

公安院校教育模式应该突出理念先行,而不是舍本求末。否定学院教育的优先性必然导致实践的盲目性,政法干警招录体制的运行仍然难以绕开学院式教育则进一步说明了公安院校教育的必要性。出路的稳定性是公安院校发展的保障,常规的警察招录应该从公安院校毕业生中进行。学院教育以间接经验为主,教学内容应增加民法的比重,教师的选择应该突出知识型,教师实践知识的弥补可以通过挂职锻炼来实现,应设置由相应公安机关负责人兼任公安院校校长的机制,以保证教师挂职锻炼和学生实习落到实处。
