| 摘 要： | “不能让任何一个大学生因经济困难而辍学”是高校资助贫困生的一项基本政策 ,但是在资助工作中却发现存在着资金少、贷款难、弄虚作假等许多问题。面对这些问题 ,我们应当寻求更佳的资助方案 ,鼓励贫困生发奋自救 ,改革现行的资助办法

| Abstract: | In the institutions of higher learning, one of the basic principles is: "No one college student will drop out because of being short of money." There are still many problems in carrying out this policy, such as being short of fund, the difficulties in loaning, cheating activities and so on. Under such situation, how to encourage the college students to depend on themselves, how to reform the present subsidizing system and how to make a better subsidization plan are what the author really concerns. |
