西方教育管理研究范式理论的变革特点及启示

摘    要:西方教育管理理论自建立以来 ,大致经历类推———演绎、经验———分析、理解———诠释、社会———批判等几种研究范式理论的变革。其特点表现为 :各种研究范式依据不同的方法论基础来构建自身理论体系 ;新的范式是对旧的范式的改进和提升 ;由抗争走向融合 ,呈现多元化并存的趋势。这些对构建我国科学的教育管理研究范式体系有重要启示

Abstract:There are four studying patterns since western theory of educational management built, analogy and deduction, experience and analysis, understanding and explanation, society and critique.Their changing characteristics show firstly, each studying pattern constructs their theory according to different methodological foundation. Secondly, new patterns are always reformation and promotion of olds. Thirdly, they are in the way from defiance to cooperation and show tendency of existing at the same time.They give us many importent enlightenments to structure educational management methodology.
