| 摘 要： | 实现法律文化现代化是法治国家的必经之路。当代中国法律文化与现代法律文化有着很大的差距,要实现法律文化的现代化,就必须不断推进政治文化体制改革,理性继承中国传统法律文化和大胆移植西方法律文化并加以本土化,强化法制教育和普法工作,树立公民法律信仰。

| Abstract: | The modernization of juristic culture is a way, which a nomocaracy country must go through. There is a great distance between China's modern juristic culture and its current juristic culture. The modernization of China's juristic culture needs the improvement of reforms on political and cultural system, rational succession to China' s traditional juristic culture and bold transplant of western juristic culture to China. Besides, it is necessary to reinforce the education on legal system and the popularization of laws and to set up citizens' belief in law. |
