“做-教-学-做”培训模式在实践中的应用

摘    要:“做-教-学-做”英语教师培训模式的理论基础是“教学做合一”,包括主题设计、方案制订、团队建设、准备工作、组织实施、跟踪指导等六个方面.实践证明,“做-教-学-做”英语教师培训模式具有针对性、实践性、实效性和发展性等特点,能为中小学英语教师培训提供借鉴.

Abstract:"The integration of Instructing-Learning-Doing" is the theoretical foundation of the English teacher training mode of Doing-Instructing-Learning-Doing, which includes the designing of the training theme, the making of the plan, the building of the team, preparing, organizing, implementing and follow-up instruction. Evidence shows that this mode is characteristic of such features as being purposeful, practical, effective and developmental, which can provide a reference for primary and middle school English teacher training.
