| 摘 要： | 河南省人口基数较大,存在着城乡二元经济结构,第一产业存在着大量的剩余劳动力,就业问题是一个突出的问题。因此,有必要对河南省就业结构和经济增长的关系进行分析,并探讨河南省增加就业和提高经济增长水平的对策。

| Abstract: | The employment in Henan province is a prominent issue for its population. There lies in dualistic economic structure and abundant surplus labor force in agriculture. Based on former researchful result and existing statistical data, the paper analyses the relation between employment structure and economic increase in Henan province, then has regressive analysis. Finally draws the countermeasure how to enhance employment and enhance economic increase level. |
