| Abstract: | The essential features of knowledge economy are obviously the knowledge creativity and talent development. College education is facing the new and exceptional challenges in such a specific period of knowledge economy. Consequently, creativity-based education should be emphasized in training college students' talents in future. Investigating the problems existing in college education and management, this essay intend to search for the detailed and valuable ways and methods to carry creativity-based education and to train the college students' creativity quality. |
