| 摘 要： | 结合自己在舞蹈艺术实践中的感悟，提出艺术家只有不断提升自身文化素质与艺术修养，在传承中保护好各民族的传统艺术，在创作中尊重各民族的文化信仰，在市场传播和国际艺术交流中，充满自信地体现出中华民族大家庭中“各美其美，美美与共”的和谐本质，中国舞蹈艺术才能真正达到“好舞必大文”的文化诉求，才能真正实现中国文艺“为人民服务”的建设目标，中华民族优秀的传统文化精神才能得以传承与弘扬。在传承中不断发展，在发展中继续传承，这是每一位舞蹈工作者的职责。
