| Abstract: | Cultivation of legal ideation is the important objective of law education. Teaching of civil law playes an important role in the process to realize this objective. We should reform the teaching of civil law to cultivate legal ideation of students by analysis of notion, analysis of legal norms, analysis of civil law system, analysis of legislative evolvement and reform of cases teaching. |
