教师专业化与专业化教师的教育

摘    要:提高教师专业化水平是目前我国教师教育发展的方向.按照专业特征衡量,我国教师还没有达到成熟的专业水平.教师专业化是一个过程,这个过程前进的动力是社会的发展和教育科学的发展.目前,还不可能确定一个终极的、不变的专业标准,只有与当前经济、社会发展和教育改革相适应的标准.专业化教师的教育是以提高教师的教育专业水平为宗旨的教育.职前,主要是重新构建师范教育课程体系.在职教师主要是教育专业理论的补偿教育.

Abstract:To raise the level of teacher specialization is the trend of teacher education in our country. According to the professional feature, teacher has not yet reached the higher professional level. Teacher specialization is a course that social development and educational and scientific development can be its motive force. Nowadays, it is impossible to affirm a final and unchangeable professional standard. There is only a standard, which adapt to the development of economy and society, and to educational reformation. The purpose of this kind of education is to improve the professional level of teacher. Before a student will be a teacher, his job is to reconstruct the system of educational course, while the job of teacher is to compensate the educational theory.
