| 摘 要： | 河南省老年人口绝对量大 ,位居全国各省区之首 ,但由于社会经济发展水平和社会保障程度比较低 ,日益增多的老年人口的社会抚养和社会照料问题日趋突出。面对严峻的人口老龄化形势 ,探索既符合河南社会经济发展水平的实际 ,又切实可行的养老对策 ,是我们当务之急的工作

| Abstract: | The number of the aged population is large absolutely in Henan province,and it is on the top of all the provinces in China.But because of the lower level of social economic development and social security,the problem of taking care of the increasing old persons is more and more noticeable.Facing the severe population aging situation,it is foremost to search for some countermeasures available providing for the aged and according to the facts of social enconomic development of Henan province. |
