| Abstract: | Quality education needs to be orented to all the students,who are well developed actively,and to be geared to the needs of modernization,the world and the future.Quality education,as well as teaching reform,requires an improvement in the quality and professional ethics of primary and high school teachers and a transformation of their educational thinking.It is also required to strengthen the quality training in modern educational theories,educational research and professional work on education. |
