| 摘 要： | 《尚书》开创中国以德治国思想的传统。《尚书》德治思想渊源于对历史经验的总结。《尚书》的德治思想对建设和谐社会有借鉴意义的内容主要有:领袖人物的道德威望是以德治国的关键所在;明德慎罚,提倡教化,建立以德治国的社会基础;任人惟贤是以德治国的重要条件;勤政爱民是以德治国的重要施政原则。

| Abstract: | Shangshu created the tradition of run country by moral in China, which is the summary of historical experiences, and we can use these experiences to construct the harmonious society. First, the leader's moral and prestige is the key; Second, promote enlightenment is the society base; Third, appoint people by merit is the important condition; The last, be diligent in politics and love people is the important rule. |
