| 摘 要： | 网络信息资源是指通过Internet可以利用的各种信息。网络信息资源建设应坚持免费、规范、适用性、全面性、整体性的原则。全国教育学院系统网络共享信息资源建设可分为全国管理中心、省教院资源中心和地市教院数据库三个层次。
