摘    要:当前我国中小学教师继续教育以院校培训模式为主,这在一定程度上忽略乃至削弱了学校和教师的教育需求。要促进中小学教师继续教育的可持续发展,就应该以本土化和个性化为发展方向,努力构建适应地方教育发展特征的区域本位教师继续教育模式。
