董必武在新民主主义政权机构建设中的统一战线思想与实践

董必武认为，新民主主义政权是以工人阶级、农民阶级、小资产阶级、民族资产阶级以及其他爱国民主分了组成的联合专政的政权，是以无产阶级领导的以工农联盟为基础的包括民主爱国人士共同组成的人民民主专政，人民代表大会是新民主主义的政权形式；应以人民代表人会、车队、法院、政府组成新民主主义政权机构，并创建法律、法令、规章、制度；革命胜利后在政权机构中应继续发挥统一战线的作用，人民代表会议与人民代表人会是我们国家的基本制度，应正确处理党与政权机关的关系；联合政府本身就是最好的统一战线形式。其理论与实践丰富了毛泽东新民主主义政权理论与统一战线思想，坚持丁共产党的一贯政治主张，为顺利进行社会主义三大改造提供了政治前提，为新时期多党合作提供了新的载体。
