| 摘 要： | 美国信息网络技术的发展对其国内的版权保护制度产生了强大的冲击 ,有关理论界已开始对版权传统权利的性质从新认定 ,但争议颇大。立法界与司法界已着手在现有法律制度的基础上对版权保护制度进行新的调整与改革 ,主要体现在对版权人的经济权利和精神权利的保护方面 ,并在技术措施保护、合理使用以及侵权责任等方面取得了一定的进展。

| Abstract: | The development of Information Net Technology has greatly influenced the copyright protection system in USA. Theorists have decided to re definite the nature of traditional copyright. Legislative institution and judicial body are about to revise and reform the present copyright protection system based on the recent law system, such as the economic and spiritual right of the copyright owner, the technology measures, the right of use, the liability for tort are all protected. |
