产业技术范式作用下的产业集群演化研究

摘    要:文章从产业技术范式的视角,结合演化经济学中的随机因素、收益递增机制、路径依赖和锁定等相关理论,运用范式中“技术一组织一环境”的相互作用机理,构建了产业集群演化的分析框架,研究了产业集群演化的形成、发展、成熟、衰退、升级五个阶段及其特征。文章最后指出:在中国经济转型发展的关键时期,要想实现产业集群演化升级,首先要积极进行自主创新,其次要不断提升在全球生产价值链上的分工地位,再次要着力构建一种由政府参与的、优良的区域创新环境。

Abstract:From a perspective of industrial technology paradigm olutionary economics, such as stochastic factors, increasing and combining relevant theories in the ev- return, path dependence and locking in, this pa- per applies interaction mechanism of "technology-organization-environment" in the paradigm, and constructs the analytical framework of the evolution of industrial clusters. It also researches the stages and features of the evolution of industrial clusters, that is, forming, developing, maturing, declining and upgrading. On this ba- sis, it points out that in the critical period of Chinese economic transformation, in order to achieve the upgra- ding of industrial clusters, it is necessary to carry out actively independent innovation, to promote the division position of global manufacturing value chain and to focus on building an excellent regional innovation environ- ment in which the government gets involved.
