| Abstract: | Information competence consists of acute awareness of information,clear consciousness of laws concerning information,good professional ethics,and excellent information technology.The cultivation of information competence should,therefore,involve the education of information laws and regulations,the culture of information and Internet ethics,and the knowledge of information source.And those who should be cultivated in this regard include information managers,educators and trainers,and information users. |
