关于强化高校党内监督的思考

高校党内监督在高校内部监督网络中处于中心地位,对学校教学、科研、管理以及服务都会产生重要影响。目前,高校党内监督在监督者和被监督者的认识上、体制和机制的构建上、具体监督活动的展开上都还存在着不少问题。我们应在明确重点对象和重点内容的基础上,培养监督者和被监督者平等的监督意识,营造公开的监督环境,建立完善的监督体制和机制,讲求一定的监督艺术,以切实加强和改进高校党内监督。

Reflections on Strengthening CPC Internal Supervision at Colleges and Universities

The internal supervision of CPC organizations at colleges and universities is the core of the internal-supervision framework in higher-learning institutions,as it has important impact on a school's teaching,research,management and social service.At present,however,there are still many problems in this regard,involving the understanding of supervision by both the supervisor and the supervised,the establishment of supervisory mechanisms,and the exercise of supervision.Building on the clarification of the focus and main content of supervision,we should foster a sense of equality between the supervisor and the supervised,create an open-minded atmosphere of supervision,establish excellent mechanisms,and seek for best skills of supervision,so as to make the work fruitful.
