中小企业集群的竞争优势分析——以浙江为例

中小企业集群具有很强的竞争优势，浙江经济的增长主要依托这一模式。中小企业集群作为一个动态的网络系统，会遇到很多潜在的风险和问题。文章以浙江省的中小企业集群为例，指出要强化集群的竞争优势，必须在尊重企业集群成长规律的前提下，改变中小企业文化的封闭性，引入现代管理理念；积极支持龙头企业发展，形成以价值链为基础的分工协作网络；加强缓解中小企业融资困难的服务；抑制同业间无序的、低水平的竞争；加强中介服务机构建设；加大政府制度创新的力度。
