| Abstract: | The competence of historical comparison is a capability of the history subject, and comparability is the premise to correct application of the historical comparison approach. The survey made herein shows that high-school students' judgment of comparability is yet to be underpinned. Students' ability in this regard should be developed by means of teaching more basic historical facts to them. |
