| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了在新的社会科学、政治、经济背景下的高等教育观问题,阐述了高等教育观的三个嬗变从狭窄的专业教育转向素质教育,从终结性教育走向终身教育的一环,从标准化教育走向个性化教育.围绕这三个转变,提出了一些具体的教育措施.

| Abstract: | The paper describes the transformation of ideas in higher education under the new situations of social science research and development of politics and economy by exploring three changes in views on higher education. The first is the change from narrow professional education into quality education. The second is from terminal education into life long education. The last is from standardized education into personalized education. The paper also proposes some substantial educational strategies. |
