从政治整合到经济整合——建国以来中国社会系统结构整合方式的转变

改革开放之前,中国社会系统结构的整合方式是政治整合,政治子系统决定其它子系统的运行目标、轨迹和评价标准.改革开放以后,政治整合方式逐渐消解,但出现了另一种潜在的经济整合方式.具体表现为:经济子系统压制其它子系统的建设和发展;经济子系统对资源的组织方式超越了经济子系统固有的边界.无论政治整合还是经济整合都是一种扩张性的整合方式,都不利于社会系统的良性运行.要实现社会良性运行,需要一种社会子系统自主运行基础上的自然整合方式的支持.

From Political Integration to Economic Integration:Evolution of China's Strategies for Integration of Social Structure since 1949

Political factors were dominant in integrating the structure of social system in China before her reform and opening up to the outside world in 1978; it was the subsystem of politics that determined the objectives, processes and even evaluation criteria of the other subsystems. With the diminishment of political influences after 1978, however, a potential way of economic integration came up; the subsystem of economy suppressed the growth and development of others, its controls over resources going beyond its limits. As both political and economic integration are aggressive modes of social integration, neither is helpful to social harmony, which is achieved only through a natural way of integration on the basis of the independent operation of all social subsystems.
