| 摘 要： | 当前影子银行在我国经济体系中的比重日益增大，其对金融体系的广泛渗透性引起了社会各界的普遍担忧。影子银行的迅猛发展有其内在动因，监管层应采取疏导的方式，并通过加快利率市场化等金融改革措施来改变影子银行快速增长及对经济过度影响的现状。

| Abstract: | The proportion of shadow banks in China＇ s economic system has been increasing. The wide fi- nancial penetration of shadow banks into the economic system has aroused the concern from all walks of life. The rapid development of shadow banks has its internal driving force. Regulators should take measures of guid- ance, accelerating the financial reform such as marketization of interest rates so as to curb the fast development of shadow banks and their excessive influence on our economy. |
