北京高校留学生教育发展的背景与挑战

国家和北京市的教育规划及北京世界城市的建设对留学生教育的发展提出了新的要求。北京高校来华留学生数量虽持续增长，但占全国留学生的比例有所下滑。北京高校留学生教育的差距主要表现在：北京各类高校中市属普通高校留学生规模偏小，来华留学生中学历生比例偏小，专业课程中英文授课课程偏少，培养模式中个性化的教学指导偏少。加快北京高校来华留学生教育的措施主要是：加强高校之间资源整合，增加学历留学生比例，加大英文授课力度，改进培养模式，以尽快形成与“世界城市”相匹配的高度发达的教育发展格局。

Development of International-Student Education in Beijing＇ s Colleges and Universities： Background and Challenge

The national educational planning of China and Beijing municipal educational planning, as well as Beijing＇ s increasing potential of becoming an international metropolis, have raised new demands for the education of international students in China. Despite persistent growth of the number of international college students in Beijing, the proportion of international students in Beijing to the total number of the country has been declining. Compared with other cities in China, Beijing＇ s problems in international-student education lie mainly in smaller enrollment of international students in Beijing municipal colleges, lower proportion of degree students to the total number of international students, fewer courses taught exclusively in English, and less individual guidance in the training process. In view of the problems, we should take measures to improve the education of international students in Beijing, including promoting the integration of resources among colleges in Beijing, raising the proportion of degree students, increasing the number of courses taught in English, and improving the training models, so that a well-developed situation of education could take shape soon, which goes well with the city as a ＂world metropolis＂.
