| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代，企业的核心竞争力正从有形资产逐渐转向那些无形的知识形态；企业的运营和管理也更多地依靠对信息和知识的共享与协作。本文主要探讨了如何将知识网格应用到企业的知识管理中去，设计并部署了一种基于企业运营的知识网格模型，以期在对大型企业信息化管理的制度和手段上有所突破。

| Abstract: | In the time of knowledge economy,the knowledge states play a more important role than tangible asset in enterprise's core competence,and the management of enterprise more depend on cooperation and share of knowledge.This paper discusses a kind of the framework of the enterprise knowledge management which is based on knowledge grid,and deploys this framework in grid environment. |
