| Abstract: | Integrated strength in science and technology of UESTC and main achievements in recentyears are discussed, and some measures are propsed for fully utilizing integrated strenght and improvingbenefits of Science and technology. The main points are strenthening fundamental research, speeding uptransformation of achievements and promoting personnel training. The proposed measures provide guidelineson development of science and technology of UESTC in 21St century. |
