公共行政中的批判理论

美国公共行政学界批判理论的引入,在反对公共行政主流学派过度实证主义倾向的过程中一直扮演着重要角色。作为一种＂非主流＂学派,批判理论并未在公共行政研究中受到大多数学者垂青,但是批判理论的学者们所持的观点和立场直接关联着公共行政学者对社会问题的反思和对公共行政整体运作环境的理解。恰当适时地引入批判理论,对构建中国本土化的、人本主义途径的公共行政学研究具有积极意义。

Critical Theory in Public Administration

Since the adoption of Critical Theory in public administration,it has been playing an important role in resisting the overemphasis on positivistic tradition in public administration.As one of the non-mainstream schools in public administration,the critical theory has never been recived sufficient attention by many scholars,but the viewpoints and positions of critical theoriests are directly correlated with the reflection of social problems as well as the understanding of the overall environment among public administration＇s scholars.It can be argued that the appropriate introduction of crtical theory into the Chinese context will make sense for the indigenous and humanistic theory develoment in chinese public administration.
