| 摘 要： | 本文从理论、实验上分析了半导体 GaAs 本征单晶片透过光强与温度的关系特性.提出了一种新型的高速旋转体温度分布光纤传感测试方法,根据其测试原理研制成功的样机测试系统在龙羊峡水电站32万瓩水轮发电机上进行真机试验.取得了较为满意的结果.

| Abstract: | This paper studies theoretically and experimentally the ralation between thetransmitted light power and temperature of inherent GaAs.A new method of meas-urement of the temperature distribution on high speed ratator is presented.A newsystem is developed according to this principle and used in thirty-two millionwatt hydraulic generator on Longycungxia hydraulic power station.The satisfac-tory result is obtained. |
