| 摘 要： | 农村区域经济社会发展有其特殊性和时代历史性，对农村区域竞争力评估有着特殊的使命和动态发展意义。通过对农村区域竞争力评估指标体系设计的探讨，考虑到指标的统计意义及可得性，设计出17个评估指标，以河南省为例进行了实证分析，发现该指标体系具有重要的作用，为进一步研究农村区域竞争力省级尺度评估提供了支持，并为政府政策制定提供了参考。
