| 摘 要： | 电子科技大学研究院可以重点从以下四个方面培育和提升其核心竞争力:1)理顺电子科技大学研究院内外部关系,尽快完善管理体制;2)加强软硬件建设,着力构建可持续的创新平台;3)立足战略资源观,强化电子科技大学研究院核心资源的整合;4)建立系统的知识产权管理机制,持续提升电子科技研究院的技术能力,包括研究开发能力、技术转化能力和技术保护能力等。

| Abstract: | The Institute can cultivate and promote its core competency from following four aspects: 1)Adjusting the inner and exterior relations,perfecting the management institution;2) strengthening the software and hardware construction,building up continuable innovation platform;3) bases on strategic resources,viewing and integrating the core resources;4) establishing the system intellectual property rights management mechanism,promoting technical ability constantly,including the research development ability,the technical transformation ability and the technical protection ability. |
