| 摘 要： | 国家精品课程建设是高等学校教学质量与教学改革工程的重要组成部分.网络教学资源建设是精品课程建设的主要内容,建立科学、规范的管理平台,对于精品课程的建设、使用与维护,有着非常重要的意义.笔者结合电子科技大学的实践,从设计思想、设计原则及实现过程进行论述.
