基于自我效能理论的高校公寓文化育人新途径探索

高校学生公寓是开展高校文化育人工作的重要阵地，高校学生公寓文化育人的实质就是以提高大学生的公民素质为目的，以问题解决为导向，本着充分发挥学生主观能动性的原则，帮助学生从丰富的人文学科知识中获得成长的同时建设公寓文化，最终让文化反哺学生。文章结合高校文化育人的核心和内涵，探索了公寓文化建设与文化育人的新途径，为充分发挥公寓文化育人的功能提供了新思路。

Research on New Approaches of Self-Efficacy Theory Based University Dormitory Cultural Cultivation

University student dormitory is considered as＂ground zero＂for the efforts of cultural cultivation. The essential purpose of dorm-based cultural cultivation lies in cultivating students through the process of dormitory cultural construction by their own hands. We aim at stimulating their initiative and motivation to accumulate the capability and experience to settle problems. And thus their consciousness of citizenship and humanity is hopeful to be prompted. More is likely to be beneficial when they extend their knowledge of social science into field practice. This article combines the core value of university cultural cultivation with its connotation. Led by self-efficacy theory, we make our way to explore and exploit such new approaches to stretch the function of dorm-based cultural cultivation to its full potential.
