| 摘 要： | 以中国知识产权局2000～2009年受理的专利数据为例，首先，从专利申请授权状况、所属地区、国别、权利要求项数等多方面分析了生物医药产业专利现状。然后，研究并分析了专利发明者合作网络特征的演化。研究结果显示：国内生物医药专利申请、授权数量已经超过国外；我国生物医药的发展区域性较强，分布不均匀，主要集中少数省份；中国权利要求项数均值与美国相差甚远；专利合作强度、网络平均中心度、高产发明者以及重复合作者对所占比例整体上都呈现出递增趋势。

| Abstract: | Based on the patent data of the state intellectual property office from 2000 to 2009, the authorization situation of the patent, regions, countries, and patent claims of bio-pharmaceutical industry are analyzed first. Then, the evolution of the biological medicine industry cooperation network characteristics of patent inventor is given. The result shows that：the claimed number authorized number of domestic biological medicine patent are more than abroad;China＆#39;s bio-pharmaceuticals develop unevenly, which are focusing on a few provinces;the quality of Chinese patents and that of the United States vary greatly; the ratio of the inventor cooperation intensity, average degree of network, high yield inventors and repeat partners appear in constantly increasing trend. |
