| 摘 要： | 本文从国家档案数字化整体建设、高校信息化建设、高校档案信息资源的开发利用服务和促进高校档案管理四个方面分析了高校档案数字化建设的必然性及其意义;提出了全局性、标准化、经济性、重点性和安全性作为高校档案数字化建设的基本原则;最后,从建设计算机网络系统、健全档案数字化工作体系和建立各类档案数字化信息数据库等方面论述了高校档案数字化建设的基本思路.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the necessity and significance from the four aspect : the digital construction of national archives, the construction of university information, exploiture of the archives information sources of university and promoting the university manage level.The basic principle of the digital construction of university archives is pointed out, they are:the overall situation, standardization, economic, keystone and safely is Finally, the basic method of the digital construction of university archives is discussed from aspects of constructing computer networks system , establishing digital archives working system and creating varied digital archives information database. |
