| 摘 要： | 本文从创新人才的学校培育体系入手，分析影响学校创新人才培育模式的主要因素，并综合价值链管理的思想，构建了高校的学生创新人才价值体系，而且分析研究型大学中与创新人才价值体系相关的资源特点，最后，依据研究型大学的资源特征，提出并阐释了研究型大学培养学生创新人才的差异化培育模式。
