| 摘 要： | 腐败现象与社会、经济的发展是背道而驰的,与和谐社会的构建也是不相适应的。反腐倡廉需要加强法制建设,但也应当以廉政文化建设作为补充。积极探讨廉政文化建设,深刻认识廉政文化的内涵和作用,是反腐倡廉的一个重要方面,也是不断推进反腐倡廉的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Corruption is contrary to the social and economic development, and is not compatible for the building-up of the harmonious society. Promoting honest-administration against corruption needs to strengthen the construction of legal system with full support of the honest-administration-culture construction. It is an important aspect of fighting corruption that the culture of clean government is to be actively explored so as to deeply understand the meaning and role of the honest-administration against corruption, which is also an important means of promoting anti-corruption. |
