| 摘 要： | 社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮的有效机制，是指有利于发挥社会主义核心价值体系功能，增强其对多种社会思潮的引导以更好地维护社会主义核心价值体系在意识形态领域的统治主导地位的一系列体制和规则的安排，主要包括构建社会主义核心价值体系自我发展机制、社会主义核心价值体系覆盖融入机制、社会思潮的监控机制、多样化社会思潮解读辨析的舆论引导机制、消极甚至敌对思潮的防御机制、多样化社会思潮沟通交流的对话机制、多样化社会思潮存在发展的规约机制等，应该以“抓住社会思潮影响的重点人群、加强利益整合制导系统建设、建立社会思潮的动态掌握系统和反馈反应系统”等方面作为构建社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮有效机制的切入点。
