| 摘 要： | 通过考察我国碳交易CDM项目过程中政府、企业、金融机构之间的关系,建立了三方博弈模型,研究三方博弈的市场均衡和最优行为选择;讨论了政府行为对于企业、金融机构碳交易行为的影响以及博弈过程中的信息不对称问题,针对如何优化碳交易中政府、企业、金融机构各方的收益提出建议,以期对促进我国碳交易市场的发展有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Perfecting the system of carbon trading and CDM programs in China is an important aspect of the development of low-carbon economy.This article examines the relationship among the government,enterprises and financial institutions in the process of carbon trading,and establishes a tripartite game model to study the optimal choices and the balanced station.Based on the analysis of the relevant factors,this article discusses the problems and puts forward policy recommendations,with a view to improving the carbon market of China. |
