磁性纳米晶颗粒磁化机制探索

摘    要:高磁损耗纳米晶颗粒是新型电磁波吸收材料的重要研究方向.该文以纳米晶结构为基础,从磁性纳米晶交换耦合作用和纳米小尺寸表面效应出发,归纳了纳米晶颗粒静态磁化特性,以及在动态磁化机制方面展开的探索工作,介绍了国内外在该领域的最新研究成果并结合本实验室的实验结果进行讨论,最后提出了研究中存在的一些问题以及今后该领域的发展方向。

Abstract:High-permeability nanocrystalline particle is one of the most important approaches to develop the new generation of electromagnetic wave absorbing materials.Based on the exchange coupling,finite-size and surface effect of nanostructure,the static magnetic characterizations and dynamic magnetization mechanism of high-permeability nanocrystalline particles are introduced in this paper.The experimental results are discussed in combination with the recent research development in this field promoted by the local and abroad researchers. Finally,the problems in present work and developing trends of future research were submitted.
