| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,随着我国民主政治的不断完善,中国特色的公众参与正步入健康有序的轨道。然而,市场经济体制建设过程中出现的利益多元化使我国传统的由政府主导的公共政策制定的方式受到了严峻的挑战,在实践中,我国现阶段的公众参与在其发展过程中还存在许多的不足。本文拟从描述我国公共政策制定中的公众参与现状中存在的问题和提升措施两个方面对公共政策制定中的公众参与加以论述,以启发对这一问题的重新认识和提供进一步分析的思路。

| Abstract: | Along with the increasing prefection of our country democratic politics,the Chinese characteristic public participation is stepping into a healthy track.However,Chinese public participation at present stage has many insufficiencies.In this paper,the problem existed in the situation of public participation in public policy making is discussed and the relevant way of problem solving is offered. |
