信息化大趋势下电子科技大学开办MPA专业学位教育的思考

本文以党的十六届五中全会关于加强党政人才队伍建设的思想为指导,以“2006-2020年国家信息化发展战略”为依托,论述了电子科技大学在加强党政人才队伍建设与落实国家信息化发展战略方面,在培养具有高信息化素质的党政人才、专业化国家行政管理人才、非政府公共管理专门人才方面,所获得的申报MPA专业学位教育资格提供的难得的历史机遇;为学校发挥在MPA专业学位教育方面原有优势提供的契合时机。同时,也论述了学校多门类的学科、高水平的学者、特色鲜明的学术、勤奋好学的学风为开展MPA专业学位教育打下的坚实基础;学校先进的数字化教学手段、高档次的实验设施、稳定的教学实践基地为开展MPA专业学位教育提供的优越办学硬件。

Thoughts on MPA Degree Establishment in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China under the Informatization Trend

Instructed by the Chinese Communist thoughts related to the establishment of communist and political talents,all of which was proposed in third Plenary Session of the Fifteenth Central Committee and based on the "2006-2020 National Informatization Developing Strategy",this paper states the historic opportunity of attaining the right to apply for MPA Degree Education from the angle of UESTC's cultivation of Communist and political talents,execution of national informatization strategy and from the angle of cultivation of high-informatization talents,professional administrative talents and non-governmental specialists in order that UESTC can promote its previous priority in MPA education.Meanwhile,the paper demonstrates some solid basis founded on the multi-disciplinary, high-quality scholars,distinctive academic atmosphere and studious learning atmosphere.In the authors analysis,electronic teaching methods,high-level experimental facilities,steady teaching and practicing bases provided by UESTC that are all beneficial for the prominent teaching hardware of MPA Degree Education.
