| 摘 要： | 本文首先建立人力资本计量模型,然后采用我国1978～2005年间的数据对该模型进行实证分析,得出初等教育对经济增长弹性最大的结论,并结合我国目前的人力资本投资现状提出建议.

| Abstract: | In this paper,a calculation model of China's human capital is built and analyzed based on the economic data from 1978 to 2005 in China.A conclusion is finally drawn that elementary education contributes the most to China's economic increase,and suggestions are put forward according to our present situation of human capital investment. |
