基本公共服务均等化与缩小我国城乡收入差距

目前，我国城乡收入差距呈继续扩大的趋势，造成这一现象的一个重要原因是城乡存在不均等的公共服务。逐步实现城乡基本公共服务均等化，是缩小城乡收入差距的有效途径。为实现城乡基本公共服务均等化，要采取推进县乡财政管理体制改革，建立井口完善覆盖农村的公共财政体制；完善教育、医疗、养老等公共服务体制；推进农村金融体制改革以及改革户籍制度，建立城乡一体化的户籍管理制度等措施。

At present, the trend of the income gap between urban and rural areas in our country is expanding because of the existence of the inequalable public services. To realize the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas is an effective way of narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas. The ways are as follows： reforming the urban and rural financial management system; establishing and improving the coverage of the public finance system in rural areas; improving the education, health care, pension and other public service systems; reforming the rural financial system and the household registration system, etc.
