| 摘 要： | 农业基础设施建设是加快现代农业发展的根本保证和重要任务。本文分析了目前农业生产基础设施依然薄弱、投资和建设需求大、农业基础设施建设投入结构不合理、农业基础设施建设投入多头管理与社会资金投入较少等问题。并提出加强农业基础设施建设应确立多元投资的格局，加快对农业投入的立法进程，确立选择发展的思路。

| Abstract: | Agricultural infrastructure is to accelerate the development of modern agriculture and the important task of the fundamental guarantees.This paper analyzes the weakness of current infrastructure of agricultural production,a large number of demand for investment and construction,the irrational of investment structure in agricultural infrastructure,the issues of management of majority investment in agricultural infrastructure and less social capital investment issues.Strengthening agricultural infrastructure should establish diversified investment pattern,speed the legislative process of agricultural investment and establish the thinking of select development. |
