| 摘 要： | 职业生涯规划教育,不但为高职高专学生获得职业成功提供有效的保证,而且还引导在校学生思考职业生涯规划问题,缩短学生进入社会的磨合期、适应期,尽快进入成长期,从而实现高职高专人才培养目标,加速毕业生的社会化。
