关于加强农村基础设施建设的几点思考

长期以来,国家对农村基础设施建设投入不足,农业生产服务设施建设普遍滞后,农村的生活服务性设施普遍不足,农村生产生活设施落后,这些都制约了农村的经济发展和农民生活水平的提高。加强农村基础设施建设,能够促进新农村建设“二十字”目标的实现,关键在于政府要加大资金投入和政策倾斜力度,加强地方财政建设,发挥县级财政在农村基础设施投入的重要作用。
