| 摘 要： | 如何做好农民工培训工作是当前解决农民工问题的一个重要内容,也是提高农民工就业能力和质量的重要措施。因此,现阶段认真做好农民工的培训工作具有重大的现实意义。本文通过对农民工培训的现状进行分析,找出农民工培训工作中存在的主要问题,进而提出解决这些问题的主要对策。

| Abstract: | How to carry on the migrant peasant workers’ training is important to resolve the issue of migrant peasant workers currently and is also an important measure to enhance their employing ability and working efficiency. So it has great realistic significance for us to do this work.This paper first analyzes the situation of migrant peasant workers’ training,finds the major problems and then gives suggestions to solve these problems. |
